Zillow Two Way Integration: Set Up Instructions

❗️Important: Please log into Zillow Premier Agent on your desktop to complete the integration steps.

⚠️ Warning: For agents or teams using Custom Stages in FUB, we strongly recommend you take the Zillow Academy course before you enable the two-way integration to avoid getting your FUB stages overwritten. 

 

 

How to Set it Up

⚠️ Team Leads need to turn on the two-way integration first, and then team members can integrate. 

 

1. To set up the integration, the Zillow Team Lead will log in to Zillow Premier Agent app and go to Settings > App Integrations

2. Under Two-Way Integrations, select Link App (see here for the One Way Integration option)

3. Choose Follow Up Boss > Next

4. Select Allow

5. Sign in to your Zillow account to verify you are using the correct account

6. Sign in to your Follow Up Boss Account

7. Accept the user agreement within FUB by selecting Connect Zillow

8. The integration is complete!

 

Linking Zillow Agent Profiles to FUB

Once the Zillow Team Lead has completed the Zillow Two Way Integration, their agents need to link their Zillow agent profile to FUB by going to their Initials/Image in the upper right-hand corner > My Settings > Link Zillow Profile. Note: Each Zillow agent will receive five notifications on their desktop to complete this step once the Team Lead has connected the Zillow Two Way Integration. 

Admin users can view their team's connection status by going to Admin > Integrations > Zillow Premier Agent. 

 

Send a Reminder to Connect 

1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Zillow Premier Agent

2. Actions > Three Dots > Send Reminder 

3. Close

4. The agent will receive a pop-up notification on the FUB desktop to Link their Zillow Profile

 

 

Add Agent

1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Zillow Premier Agent

2. Actions > Add Person

3. Add the team member to FUB or Zillow Premier Agent

  • If the agent needs to be added to FUB, a pop-up will appear to add the team member.
  • If the agent needs to be added to Zillow Premier Agent, you will be redirected to the ZPA app to add the user.
