Need to send a text first thing in the morning but you're thinking about it now? Schedule it! Schedule Text is essential for agents working unconventional hours. With this feature, a text can be scheduled to be sent in the next 24-hour period.
⚠️ Important: Business Registration must be approved to send text messages from FUB.
Lead Profile: Schedule a Text
1. Navigate to the Lead Profile
2. Click Text > Type Message
3. Click the Clock next to Send Text to schedule the text
4. Select the desired Delivery Time > Schedule
5. The scheduled text will then appear on the Lead Timeline
Inbox: Schedule a Text
1. Navigate to the Inbox
2. Open the Text conversation > Type Message
3. Click the Clock next to Send Text to schedule the text
4. Select the desired Delivery Time > Schedule
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear to notify you that the text has been scheduled successfully
6. The scheduled text will then appear on the Lead Timeline
Cancel a Scheduled Text
1. Navigate to the lead profile and view the text
2. Click Cancel
3. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes, Cancel Message
4. The message will then disappear from the lead profile

Yes. If a lead has a scheduled text applied, and another text or email is sent to that lead or received from that lead after the text has been scheduled, the scheduled text will auto-cancel. This is to ensure that if the conversation has changed since the text was scheduled, messages that may now be irrelevant are not sent.
