Need to send a text first thing in the morning, but you're thinking about it now? Schedule it! Schedule Text is essential for agents working unconventional hours. With this feature, a text can be scheduled to be sent within the next 24 hours.
⚠️ Important: Business Registration must be approved to send text messages from FUB.
Lead Profile: Schedule a Text
1. Navigate to the Lead Profile
2. Click Text > Type Message
3. Click the Clock next to Send Text to schedule the text
4. Select the desired Delivery Time > Schedule
5. The scheduled text will then appear on the Lead Timeline
Inbox: Schedule a Text
1. Navigate to the Inbox
2. Open the Text conversation > Type Message
3. Click the Clock next to Send Text to schedule the text
4. Select the desired Delivery Time > Schedule
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear to notify you that the text has been scheduled successfully
6. The scheduled text will then appear on the Lead Timeline
Cancel a Scheduled Text
1. Navigate to the lead profile and view the text
2. Click Cancel
3. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes, Cancel Message
4. The message will then disappear from the lead profile
Feature Limitations
- Schedule Text is only available for 1:1 text messages.
- Each contact can receive one scheduled text. Additional texts will be sent immediately.
- Within a 24-hour period, only 50 text messages can be scheduled.
- Text messages can only be scheduled if the number is saved on a lead profile.
- If a contact has a scheduled text applied, and another text or email is sent to or received from that contact, the scheduled text will be auto-canceled.
