Need to forward an email? Done! Forwarding emails within Follow Up Boss can be completed from the lead profile and inbox.
Note: This feature is in beta. Reach out to support@followupboss.com to enable email forwarding on your account.
Forwarding from the lead profile
1. Navigate to the lead profile and locate the email
2. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the email
3. Select Forward
4. Add email address(es) to the To (CC/BCC) fields along with any other text
5. Send Email

1. Navigate to the Inbox and locate the email
2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the email
3. Select Forward
4. Add email address(es) to the To (CC/BCC) fields along with any other text

Is email forwarding available on the app?
Email forwarding is available from the lead profile and inbox on the desktop. Coming soon to the app!
What email address are emails forwarded from?
Forwarded emails are sent from the connected email. Therefore, forwarded emails can be viewed in the sent folder of the user's connected email.
