1. Setup action plans to help convert your new leads

For sources like Zillow, Realtor.com, or Homes.com, go to admin > lead flow and assign the Zillow / Trulia / Realtor.com with text message action plan to each source to try and convert your new leads, automatically. Each new lead will get a text from you and a series of emails to help you start an initial conversation.
- Note: For Zillow leads, create an advanced lead flow rule (tags include any of Zillow connected or Zillow Direct call = no action plan, default rule = action plan) so we don’t drip leads you were connected to on the phone.
- For Facebook go to admin > lead flow and assign the Facebook Lead Ads action plan to each source to try and convert your new leads, automatically. Each new lead will get a text from you and a series of emails to help you start an initial conversation.
2. Call all of your new leads
- Call through your Leads/daily smart list every day and bring it to zero.

Call and text your new leads daily for a min of 7 days.
- Note: If you don't have a Follow Up Boss Dialer, you may want to consider adding one. It will help you call people faster and keep track of all of your calls.
