In Follow Up Boss, you can stay in front of not only leads and prospects, but with a few steps you can consistently leave your mark with your past clients, too. Want to generate more referrals? Follow these easy steps.
Have a process to connect with your past clients regularly
- Add all of your past clients to Follow Up Boss and put them in the stage of past client
- Call through your PC/SOI/quarterly smart list once a month. Your past clients will show up when it’s been more than three months since you’ve attempted contact. This will keep you top of mind.
Celebrate Important Dates
- If you are tracking your past client’s birthdays, turn on the Happy Birthday automation and we will send a happy birthday email to your contact on their birthday! If you want to send handwritten cards, you could also use our AM Cards integration.
- Add your client’s close date to their file. Go to manage lists > best practice lists and copy the Closing Anniversary smart list to your account. This list will show anyone with a close date coming up. Celebrate this milestone or remind your client how many years they have been in their home!
