Now you can set your personal and commission goals from right inside of Follow Up Boss! With the goal report, we will pull in deals and other data so you can see if you're on track.
How it Works
How to Create & Edit Goals
Admin users can manage team member goals and agents can manage their own goals within their Follow Up Boss account.
- Go to Reporting > Agent Goals
- Select the desired Team > Locate the Agent > Set Goal
- Click Edit to set personal and/or commission goals
- Edit the Commission Goal and Personal Goals by adding the Goals > Save Goals
- Rearrange Personal Goals: To rearrange personal goals, click and drag the 8 dots to the left of the goal to the desired order.
- Change Personal Goal Emoji: Click the default trophy emoji to edit the emoji for each personal goal.
- Delete a Personal Goal: Click the trash can to the right of the goal name to delete the personal goal.
- Mark a Personal Goal Complete: Select the complete box to complete a goal. Once a goal is marked complete, it will be crossed out on the goal list.
Goal Report Sections
Finding the Goal Report
The goal report is available on the Grow, Pro, and Platform plans. Admin users can view all team member goals. Agents have the ability to view their goal report (not other team members).
- Go to Reporting > AgentGoals
- Select the desired Team (Platform Accounts) > Click Agent Name
To view another agent's goals, toggle the agent name in the upper left-hand corner of the goal report.
Note: The goal report is available for agents, ISAs, admins, and account owners (excluding lenders).
Agent Overview
At the top of the agent goal report, it will show the agent's name, number, email, closed deals, sales volume, assigned leads, conversations, and appointments.

Deals Closed: Deals closed in the current year
- This metric pulls from the Closed for Reporting Deal Pipeline

Sales Volume: Number of sale volume in the current year
- This metric pulls from the Closed for Reporting Deal Pipeline
- Currently Assigned Leads: New leads assigned to the agent in the current year
- Unique Conversations: Number of unique conversations (calls lasting 2+ minutes) with new leads assigned to the agent in the current year
- Appointments Had: Number of appointments with new leads assigned to the agent in the current year
Goals
This section shows the agent commission goal including the earned and pending. This amount comes from the Agent Split section of the agent's pending and closed deals. Personal goals can also be viewed here.
Commission Earned
Total of agent split commissions for deals that are in the Closed stage of the Deals pipeline and have closed year-to-date, based on the Close Date.
For example, if I looked at my goals report in December 2022, the deal above would count $18,000 toward Commission Earned because it's in the closed stage and it already closed this year.
Pending Commission
Total of all agent split commissions for deals that have a close date in the future but are not in the Closed stage of the Deals pipeline yet.

Deals
This is a quick reference to the agent's deals within the year. With all deals centrally located on the goal report, they can be referenced and discussed. To view all deals, click View All Deals in the upper right-hand corner.
Appointments
This is a quick look at the agent's appointments and the outcomes of each appointment. Quickly review appointments, fill in gaps, and follow up. To view all deals, click View All Appointments in the upper right-hand corner.
Leads
The leads section provides a preview of the agent's assigned leads, along with the number of emails, texts, and calls with each lead. To view all assigned leads, click View All Leads in the upper right-hand corner.
