Reports in Follow Up Boss are updated in real-time as you and your agents work with your leads making it easy to see how you're tracking toward your goals. If you want to get hands-on with your data and create custom reports of your own, you can export your reports to a spreadsheet using these steps!
Exporting Reports
1. Go to Reporting > the Desired Report tab
2. Edit the Users, Time Frame, and any Additional Filters for the report in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click Export, the downward arrow icon
4. Select the desired Columns for export
5. Export to CSV
Who can export?
Account owners and anyone with export permission can export reports.
Account owners can grant or revoke exporting permissions from the Admin > Team page, by selecting the Can Export checkbox. Exporting respects the user's role, so they are only able to export data they can already see in their account. See Users, Roles & Permissions for more information about what each role can see.
Note: Exporting never removes data from Follow Up Boss.

- Marketing Report (Account Owner)

Additional Information
By default, the export will include the displayed columns on the report. Columns can be adjusted by selecting + Add Columns under the report graph.
The CSV file will export in the same order as the columns on the report page.
