Some MLS systems allow you to have their property alert emails sent to both the contact and the agent, if these are on the same email they will sync to Follow Up Boss, like other email communication with the contact. If these are separate emails they will not sync to Follow Up Boss

Note: Most MLS systems do not send the email to the agent's inbox and the contact on the same email. Due to this, FUB will not sync these emails. This is by design as having all these emails in FUB would overwhelm the lead profile time, making it harder to find contact communication and notes. \
