Overview
The listing detail page (LDP) lets you see full MLS listing information directly inside Follow Up Boss, without jumping out to your MLS or another site. When you open a listing from search or a property card, you get an “agent view” that surfaces photos, status, private remarks, showing details, and key property facts in one place so you can qualify the home, answer questions, and take action faster.
As of May 2026, the listing detail page is being released to the FUB iOS and Android mobile apps. We expect to add this feature to the web app in late June. For Android and iOS, the minimum app version supported is 6.05.1800.
Why it matters
- Stay in FUB instead of logging into MLS or juggling extra tabs just to answer a property question
- Show up as the expert in every conversation by having status, history, and key facts ready while you’re texting or calling from FUB
- Get the agent‑only details you rely on (private/agent remarks, showing instructions, HOA caveats) up front, so you can spot deal‑breakers and set better expectations with your buyers
- Take action in a couple of clicks: review details, share the listing, view it on a map, or kick off scheduling in ShowingTime (where available)
Who can use it
The listing detail page is exclusive to a growing number of Zillow Pro subscribers where available.
Because the listing detail page relies on MLS‑licensed data, not every Zillow Pro subscriber will see it right away. Access depends on two things:
- MLS availability: MLS licensing is not yet available in all markets. We are working to license MLS data for additional markets as quickly as possible.
- MLS Verification: You must verify your MLS membership in Follow Up Boss before we can show MLS data like prices, photos, status, and agent‑only fields. MLS Verification is now rolled out to all FUB accounts and is the gateway to listing search and the listing detail page experience.
Important: You must update your iPhone and Android device to version 6.05.1800 to use.
How to use it
1. Open a listing detail page
You can open the listing detail page anywhere you see a property card that supports listing details. Today that includes:
- Listing Search results in FUB mobile apps, where available
- Property cards that link to a listing
From a property card, select the listing to open its detail view. Depending on where you are, it may open as a new page, or it may appear as a popup so you don’t lose your place.
2. Review key information at the top
The top of the listing detail page is designed to answer “Is this worth pursuing?” in a quick scan. You’ll typically see:
- Photos and media: current listing photos plus any virtual tour or floor plan content available
- Basic facts: price, beds, baths, square footage, address, and current MLS status
- Agent‑only cues: an Agent View banner and access to private/agent remarks so you know you’re looking at the agent‑specific version of the listing
3. Check private/agent remarks and showing details
Private/agent remarks and showing instructions are treated as “must‑see” information and sit near the top of the page so you don’t miss them.
Use these sections to quickly confirm:
- Showing instructions (notice required, lockbox vs. agent‑accompanied, any ShowingTime notes)
- HOA caveats, and special assessments that might be deal‑breakers
- Other agent‑only info that doesn’t appear on the public listing
4. Scan property details
Further down, you’ll see details pulled from MLS, such as:
- Home features (beds, baths, square footage, lot size, year built, home type)
- Interior/exterior details (heating/cooling, parking, construction, appliances, etc.)
- HOA information (fees and, where available, what’s included)
- Community and location details (where provided by the MLS)
These fields are there to help you qualify the home without opening additional tabs, and to prep for showings and offers with confidence.
5. Take action from the listing detail page
The listing detail page includes actions that mirror what you’d normally do from your MLS, but without leaving FUB:
Share listing – copies or shares a client‑safe Zillow listing link so your buyer only sees public information, not your agent view.
View on map – opens the property in your maps app or a map view so you can quickly check location and surroundings.
Schedule in ShowingTime (where enabled) – on ShowingTime‑enabled properties, you’ll see a CTA such as “Schedule tour in ShowingTime.” This opens a flow where you can select the client, accept data‑sharing terms if needed, and jump into ShowingTime to request the tour.

Who gets the agent‑only view vs. the client‑safe view?
- When you open a listing detail page inside FUB, you’re seeing an agent‑only “Agent View” that can include private/agent remarks, showing instructions, and other internal details pulled from the MLS.
- When you share a listing with a client from FUB, they receive a public version of the listing (for example, on Zillow), not your agent view, so they won’t see agent private remarks or showing instructions. Only licensed MLS members who subscribe to Zillow Pro and have verified their MLS membership can see the agent view when available.
