Follow Up Boss now supports an end-to-end buyer workflow that connects listing search, sharing, and engagement tracking in one place. Instead of switching between tools, agents can manage the full process directly inside their CRM.
Important: FUB users must be in a supported MLS market.

Partners with Zillow Pro or Zillow Preferred and an active My Agent Relationship can also:
- Create saved searches for buyers
- Send automatic email property alerts (instead of manual sharing)
- See which listings buyers are engaging with
- View buyer activity, seller activity, and home recommendations directly in FUB (via Zillow Insights and in the Activity module)

What this feature allows FUB Zillow Pro users to do
In supported MLS markets, FUB users with Zillow Pro can search for homes, share listings, and track buyer activity, seller activity, and home recommendations directly inside Follow Up Boss—without switching between tools.
How it works
Search for listings
- Go to the Listings tab in Follow Up Boss.
- Search for homes using filters (price, beds, location, etc.). Note that these are the same filter options a partner would find in their MLS.
- Listings are pulled from the agent’s local MLS (where available).
Share listings with a buyer
- Search for listings
- Select one or more listings
- Share via text, email, ZIM
- A Zillow HDP link is automatically generated for you to share
Save search email alerts
- Search for listings
- Save the search to a buyer/ yourself
- Select frequency
Note: Automated email alerts are only available for recipients with an active My Agent relationship.
- Activity is tracked automatically
When a buyer interacts with those listings, Agents can see that in the FUB Activity module.
What happens after a listing is shared
- The buyer receives a Zillow HDP link.
- If the buyer is connected via My Agent Relationship:
- Their activity (views, saves, searches) is tracked
- This activity appears in the Activity module
- The interaction with the property alert email is shown in the property alert report (in the reporting section)
The Agent Workflow
- Search - Find MLS listings inside FUB (in supported markets).
- Share - Send Zillow listing links via email, text, or Zillow Messages.
- Track - Every listing shared is automatically logged on the contact timeline.
- Engage (Zillow PRO/Zillow Preferred + MAR) - Set up saved searches, automated alerts, and branding.
- Analyze (Zillow Insights) - View buyer activity, seller activity, home recommendations, and engagement signals.
Key Clarifications
Insights will not show activity if:
- The buyer is not connected (no My Agent Relationship)
- The buyer hasn’t engaged with listings yet
