If your Facebook Lead Ad uses custom fields and you want this information to come into Follow Up Boss, you can use Zapier to integrate your ad with Follow Up Boss. 

Note: This is a Premium zap that requires a paid Zapier account.

Zapier Integration

1. Log In to your Zapier Account 

2. Click + Create > Zaps > Trigger > Facebook Lead Ads (Premium) 

3. For Event, choose New Lead > Continue

4. Select your Facebook Account > Continue 

5. Select a Page > Choose a Form (recommend default) > Continue

6. Test Trigger > Continue with Selected Record

7. Action > Follow Up Boss

8. Add Event, New Inquiry or Website Event > Continue

9. Select your FUB Account (connect with API key if needed) > Continue 

10. For Event Type, select General Inquiry 

11. In the First Name field, select Full Name (skip last name)

12. Select the Email Address and Phone Number from the Facebook data along with any additional fields (optional) > Continue

13. Test Step > Publish
