Follow Up Boss can email parse lead notifications from Movoto, creating a lead profile with the lead's name, email, and phone number.

Leads will flow into Follow Up Boss automatically via your Connected Email. Ensure Lead Processing is enabled for FUB to monitor your email inbox for new lead notifications and add them to Follow Up Boss automatically.

Alternative Setup

Have the provider send lead notification emails to your @followupboss.me lead email address. 

Note: Auto Forwarding Rules can be created in Gmail to automatically forward new lead notifications to your Follow Up Boss lead routing email address if the lead source doesn't have an option to add an additional email for lead notifications.

1. Copy your Follow Up Boss Lead Email Address by going to Admin > API

2. Log in to your Movoto agent dashboard

3. Select the Menu option in the upper right-hand corner

4. Click My Account

5. Select Lead Awarded Introduction Email

6. Click + Add Introduction Email

7. Paste your FUB Lead Email Address (copied in step 1) in the email address field

8. Click Done to save your changes
