Lead Processing allows Follow Up Boss to create and update contact profiles by parsing lead notification emails from your connected email. 

Note: This feature is enabled automatically for account owners when an email is connected to Follow Up Boss. Admins and agents will need to manually enable this feature. 

 

How to Enable Lead Processing

1. Connect your email to Follow Up Boss

2. Navigate to Admin > API

3. Toggle On Lead Processing

 

Additional Notes

  • Turning on Lead Processing will pull in leads from all detectable lead sources automatically. If you prefer to just pull in a few specific sources, the lead processing email should be used on a per lead source basis.
  • Lead Processing is great in cases where certain lead sources don't allow changes to the email address that receives new lead notifications without it also changing the agent's public-facing or login email address.
