Elite Listings is a turnkey lead generation and nurturing platform designed specifically for real estate agents. We run high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google to deliver 15–25 exclusive leads per month — and every lead is automatically contacted by our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) via phone, text, and email to help warm them up.

With the Follow Up Boss integration, your Elite Listings leads are instantly pushed into your FUB account once they are in a ‘Scheduled’ or ‘Interested’ status, where you can seamlessly apply automations, assign leads to agents, and track performance — no manual input required.

This is a one-way integration from Elite Listings to Follow Up Boss, syncing lead contact information and key lead activity in real time. FUB users benefit from a steady pipeline of high-intent leads combined with built-in nurturing — all flowing directly into their existing CRM workflows.

Apply Automations

Once in Follow Up Boss, you can trigger automations, assign leads to team members, and track lead activity — all from the CRM you're already using.

API Integration

Note: The owner of the account must complete the API integration.

1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API

2. Select Create API Key

3. Name the API Key Elite Listings > Create API Key

4. Press Copy

Note: This will be used in step 7.

5. Log in to Elite Listings

6. Click Account Settings on the left-hand side

7. Select Follow Up Boss and paste the FUB API Key (copied in step 4). Click Submit and then confirm the API information is correct.

8. Any existing leads in Scheduled or Interested status ‘scheduled’/’interested’ status automatically populate in your Follow Up Boss people list. They will have a tag called Elite Listings and will also include the source where we generated the lead (e.g., Facebook, Google). New leads will be synced to Follow Up Boss shortly after they reach Scheduled or Interested status in Elite Listings.

What information is sent from Elite Listings to Follow Up Boss?

Elite Listings sends lead contact details (name, phone, email) along with the lead source to your Follow Up Boss account.

Is the integration one-way or two-way?

This is a one-way integration — leads are sent from Elite Listings to Follow Up Boss, but not the other way around.

How often are new leads pushed into Follow Up Boss?

Once the integration is connected, any leads marked as Scheduled or Interested in your Elite Listings dashboard — including existing ones — will be synced. New Scheduled or Interested leads will automatically sync to Follow Up Boss shortly after they appear in your Elite Listings dashboard.

How do I know if a lead came from Elite Listings?

Each lead synced from Elite Listings will include a tag labeled “Elite Listings” in Follow Up Boss.

I don't see my new leads in Follow Up Boss. What should I check?

First, confirm that you’ve created a valid API key in Follow Up Boss and added it to your Elite Listings profile. Then check that the leads in question are marked as “Scheduled” or “Interested” — only those lead types are sent to Follow Up Boss. Leads still in earlier stages won’t sync.
