Nekst is a transaction and workflow management platform built specifically for real estate professionals. It helps automate and organize the contract-to-close process after a lead becomes a client.
This integration allows Follow Up Boss users to:
- Automatically sync contacts and deals between platforms
- Auto-launch transaction workflows in Nekst when pipeline stages or tags are updated in FUB
- View communication from Nekst within FUB as non-editable notes
- Upload executed contracts to Nekst to automatically extract key information, including close dates, parties involved, and key deadlines
- Keep transactions organized without manual data entry or spreadsheet chaos
How It Works
The Nekst integration includes 3 major components:
Contact Syncing
- Contacts created or updated in either platform sync bi-directionally
- Name, email, and phone are kept up to date
- Messages (emails/SMS) sent via Nekst show up as Notes in FUB
Contract Upload + Transaction Launch
- Upload a purchase contract to Nekst
- Our AI extracts transaction dates, parties, and terms
- A transaction is automatically created in Nekst, and key details sync to a corresponding FUB Deal
Deal Syncing
- Nekst pushes transactions into the FUB Deals pipeline
- Field mapping syncs pricing, close dates, and status (e.g., Listed, Pending, Closed)
- Status updates in Nekst update the Deal status in FUB
