Before you begin
- You must have an active Trackxi account.
- You must have Admin access in Follow Up Boss to generate an API key and enable embedded apps.
Step 1: Create your Trackxi account
- Go to Trackxi.com.
- Log in to your existing account, or create and log in to your free trial account.
Step 2: Navigate to the integration section in Trackxi
- In Trackxi, go to Settings.
- Select Integration.
- Choose Follow Up Boss from the list of available integrations.
Step 3: Create an API key in Follow Up Boss
- Log in to Follow Up Boss.
- Go to Admin.
- Select Integrations.
- Click API Keys.
- Select Create API Key.
- Enter Trackxi as the name.
- Generate and copy the API key.
