Integrate Lofty with Follow Up Boss to sync all your Lofty leads to FUB. This helps centralize all lead data and communication into one system.
API Integration (recommended)
1. Log in to Lofty
2. Navigate to Settings > Lead Capture
3. Locate the Follow Up Boss integration option > Connect
4. Select the desired two-way integration option(s) to synchronize your lead data between the platforms.
Note: Only your assigned contacts will sync with this integration. If you are not the assigned agent in FUB/Lofty, the contact will not sync.
- Sync Follow Up Boss Leads: This will sync all leads in your FUB account that have been created in the last two years to Lofty.

Sync Lofty Leads (recommended): This will sync all your Lofty leads to FUB.
5. Authenticate via OAuth to link your FUB account
What syncs?
Automatically Synced
Lead Info:
- Lead Type, Name, Phone, Email, Tags, Family Members, Mailing Address
- Buying/Selling Time Frame, Search Criteria (Price)
Communication Logs:
- Calls, Texts, Notes (manual), Tasks (type, description, due date/time, assignee)
Transactions:
- Name, Type, Stage, Sales Price, GCI, Team Revenue, Agent Revenue, Close Date, Assigned Agent, Contacts
Manually Synced
Lead Pipeline:
- If the lead is FUB-mapped, you’ll see a FUB Stage field.
- When you update the pipeline status in Lofty, you’ll be prompted to sync the change to FUB.

Email Parsing Integration
Microsoft 365, GSuite, and Gmail Users
Leads will flow into Follow Up Boss automatically via your Connected Email. Ensure Lead Processing is enabled for FUB to monitor your email inbox for new lead notifications and add them to Follow Up Boss automatically.
