Overview
Use this article to connect Lofty with Follow Up Boss (FUB) and understand your integration options. Choose one integration method to ensure leads sync correctly and routing behaves as expected.
Before you begin
- You must have active Lofty and Follow Up Boss accounts.
- You need login access to both platforms.
- Ensure you understand which integration method your team plans to use.
Important: While there are multiple ways to integrate Lofty with Follow Up Boss, you should only use one integration method at a time. Using multiple integrations can cause duplicate leads, routing conflicts, and inconsistent automation behavior.

Other integration options
Lofty also supports additional integration methods:
- Email parsing (Microsoft 365, GSuite, Gmail).
- Zapier integration.
- Follow Up Boss Pixel integration.
Important: Do not enable multiple integration methods simultaneously.
Why using multiple integrations causes issues
Each integration method is treated as a separate lead source in Follow Up Boss. This creates multiple Lead Flows, which can result in:
- Duplicate automation: Leads may trigger multiple action plans and drip campaigns.
- Routing conflicts: Assignments, action plans, and advanced routing rules must be manually duplicated across each Lead Flow.
- Incorrect agent assignment: Leads may be routed to the wrong agent or interfere with features like First to Claim.
- Duplicate notifications: Agents may receive multiple alerts for the same lead.
To avoid these issues, select a single integration method and fully configure it before using it in production.
If you don’t see the option
- Confirm you have the correct permissions in Lofty.
- Verify your account supports integrations.
- Contact your Lofty admin if the integration is managed at the team level.
Troubleshooting
- Leads are not syncing: Confirm you are the assigned agent in both systems.
- Duplicate leads or alerts: Check if multiple integrations are enabled and disable extras.
- Missing pipeline updates: Ensure manual sync is completed when prompted.
