The Automations library is your shortcut to powerful workflows. Whether you're just getting started or scaling across a team, the library gives you access to proven Automations built by Follow Up Boss and shared by other high-performing users.
🔍 What is the Automations library?
The Automations library is a central hub where you can:
Browse prebuilt workflows from Follow Up Boss and the community
Preview what each Automation does
Add any Automation into your own account
Customize and activate it for your workflows
You’ll find it inside your Automations section — just click the Library tab at the top.
📁 Types of Automations you’ll find
The library is divided into two sections:
🧩 FUB Automations
Professionally built by the Follow Up Boss team, these include templates for lead routing, follow-up, and task automation.
🌎 Community Automations
Shared by other FUB users — team leaders, coaches, ops managers — who want to contribute what’s working for them.
Use the toggle at the top of the screen to switch between FUB and Community Automations.
🔎 Filter by category
Find the right Automation faster with the category filter:
Lead assignment – Route leads to the right agent or lender
Lead disposition – Automatically update status, stage, or tags
Drip campaign – Send automated email sequences to nurture leads
Lead management – Create tasks, assign follow-up, and apply tags
Lead behavior – Trigger actions based on engagement (like clicks or visits)
Transaction management – Automate reminders and steps from contract to close
Internal ops / admin – System cleanup, task accountability, and internal workflows
Other – Anything that doesn’t fit into the categories above
📥 How to use an Automation from the library
Go to Automations > Library
Browse or filter using the category menu or FUB/Community toggle
Click "view automation" on any Automation to preview its workflow and description
Click Use Automation to copy it into your account
Customize the Automation — update assignments, filters, and tags
Activate it when you're ready
🔐 You’ll get your own version — changes won’t affect the original in the library.

📤 Want to share your own Automation?
You can publish Automations to the library to help other FUB users and showcase your team’s best practices.
Here’s how to share:
Go to your Automations list
Click the ellipsis (⋯) > Share on the Automation
Toggle on “Share to Library”
Add a name, description, and category
Click Done — your Automation will appear in the Community tab of the library
