Email Parsing Integration
CONNECT STREETEASY LEAD EMAILS TO FOLLOW UP BOSS
There are two methods available to you at this time to connect StreetEasy lead notification emails to your Follow Up Boss account:

Microsoft 365, GSuite, and Gmail Users
Leads will flow into Follow Up Boss automatically via your Connected Email. Ensure Lead Processing is enabled for FUB to monitor your email inbox for new lead notifications and add them to Follow Up Boss automatically.

(Alternative Setup) BCC via StreetEasy Admin Page
Login to StreetEasy’s Admin page and enter your @followupboss.me Lead Email Address in the “Lead CC Email” field. This will send a copy of StreetEasy lead notification emails to FUB in addition to your inbox. This feature is only available to agent accounts. Do not use your @followupboss.me email address as your StreetEasy account “Email” as this is intended to be a physical email address where you can receive MFA credentials.

On the desktop UI in Follow Up Boss, hyperlinks for the listing URL, map, and lead email preview will be available. In the mobile app UI, the same links will be available in the inquiry as buttons. When provided to StreetEasy, the metadata fields listed above will appear in various places the Follow Up Boss UI, including:

- Tags (Optional values include “Experts”, “Agent Inquiries”, and the property street address)

- MLS number (this number will only display if visible in the SE listing)

TROUBLESHOOTING
If a StreetEasy email is not parsed into Follow Up Boss, ensure the inquiry has not been combined with an existing contact. Then ensure Lead Processing is enabled in FUB or the “Lead Email CC” is populated in the StreetEasy Admin page.
If a parsed lead is missing datapoints listed above (excluding optional fields like tags and MLS number), please visit the StreetEasy Help Center and submit a request. Note, you will need to provide a screenshot of the complete footer from the StreetEasy lead email in question from your personal inbox to receive support.
