When you're in an account and need to create a follow up task, this can quickly be done on the lead profile. We've streamlined the process so tasks can be added with ease. 

Adding a Quick Follow Up Task

1. Navigate to the desired Lead Profile 

2. Go to Tasks > Lightning Icon 

3. Select a Follow Up Day 

4. The task is added to the lead profile and is assigned to the user who created it 

Note: Quick task days cannot be edited.
