Note: If a piece of website activity is not seen in Follow Up Boss, it may be due to the website provider not sending this information to FUB. 

Where can I view this information?

Dashboard

To view lead activity on the dashboard, click the FUB logo in the upper left-hand corner. 

People

To view additional information about website activity, go to the People page. Expose the columns Properties Viewed, Last Visit, Properties Saved, Pages Viewed, and Visits to gain further insight into lead activity. 

Lead Profile

On the Lead Profile, navigate to the Activity section on the right-hand side. View who is online and their recent activity, including the homes they have inquired about and their website activity. Each section shows the five most recent results.

Marketing Source

The marketing source shows the source and source URL from the lead's first event.

At a Glance

Provides the average price, bath, square foot, and bath. 

Home Activity 

Inquiries 

Inquiries are prioritized, including ALL inquiries the lead has made.

• Zillow Tour Requests: This will only show Zillow inquiries. If you do not have any Zillow inquiries, this button will not appear. 
• Property Inquiries: This includes ALL property inquiries sent to FUB.

Browsing 

Browsing data shows all activities except for inquiries.

• All: All saved, viewed, shared and virtually toured properties
• Saved: All saved properties
• Viewed: All viewed properties

View all website activity, including page views, saved searches, and inquiries in one place!

Property Card Sharing

Share properties in a few clicks by navigating to the property card.

How to share a property card:

1. Copy the MLS ID
2. Copy the property URL link. The URL is based on the source that submitted the event.
3. Copy address.
4. Click to view on the map, taking you to a location on Google Maps to drive to.
5. Share with (lead name), and send the property to the lead via email or text.

Timeline 

All Registrations and Property Inquiries will appear on the lead timeline. Learn more about how to manage ShowingTime tour requests in FUB.

Website Activity Reports

Lead Sources

In the top navigation menu, go to Reporting > Lead Sources and select different reports that provide information on website activities. For more information, check out Lead Source Report. 

Properties

In the top navigation menu, go to Reporting > Properties. You can switch between properties and zip codes in the Show Me dropdown. For more information, check out our Property Report.

You can see people who inquired about a specific property by clicking on a specific property on the map.

Once you click on a property on the map, you'll see a list of people who sent an inquiry about that specific property.

To quickly locate a property by address, press Ctrl-F (Windows) or Cmd+F (Mac) to open the browser's search prompt and start typing the address. Once the address is located on the left side, hover the mouse over that address on the left side, and the property will be highlighted on the map. Click on that property on the map, and you'll see a list of people who have inquired about it.

FAQs

What if my website isn't on your list of integrations?

No worries! You can install the Follow Up Boss Pixel on any website. This works by installing JavaScript code into your site.

Do all saved properties appear on the lead timeline?

A Saved Property event will only appear as an event on the lead's timeline if it is the first event that created the lead. All Saved Property events after the creation of the lead profile will only appear in the activity section.

How are seller addresses handled within FUB?

If all three conditions below are met, FUB will automatically add the property address to the contact's address (upper left of the lead profile). 

1. FUB receives a new Registration, Inquiry, Property Inquiry, Seller Inquiry, or General Inquiry

2. Seller Tag is included in that event

3. The Property Address is included in the event

Why are images, price and MLS listing ID missing on some property cards in the Activity section?

Certain listing details, including price and MLS listing ID, are considered licensable data by MLSes. Follow Up Boss can only display this information if we receive the data from an alternative legal source; otherwise, those fields may appear as "Unavailable."

I see missing info in Follow Up Boss that’s visible on Zillow. Why is that?

Websites like Zillow often have separate licensing agreements with MLSs. Follow Up Boss must follow the terms of its own data licenses. Even if data appears elsewhere, Follow Up Boss can only show it if we have the appropriate rights to do so.

Do shared and unsaved Zillow homes appear in FUB?

Yes! Shared and unsaved home events on Zillow-connected contacts are displayed in FUB.
