With Automations 2.0, you can design an automation that features a step to activate another automation. This is referred to as the Run Automation action step within Automations 2.0.
How to trigger another automation
1. Go to Admin > Automations
2. Select + Create Automation
3. Drag a Trigger to the canvas
4. Drag the Run Automation step to the canvas > select the desired automation and behavior.
Note: Only active automations can be selected.
5. Add to the automation (optional), review, and Save Changes in the upper right-hand corner
6. Name the automation, select the desired automation behavior, and Save
7. Lastly, Activate the automation in the upper right-hand corner
