Quick actions provide agents the access to add a person, send a text, add a task, schedule an appointment, or make a call from the inbox, activity, calendar, people, and deals tab with a couple of clicks.
How to find Quick Actions
1. Log in to the Follow Up Boss app
2. Navigate to Inbox, Activity, Calendar, People, or Deals
3. Click the Blue + Symbol in the lower right-hand corner
4. Select the desired Action
Send Text
1. Enter the Number or Name of the contact
2. Add Message Content
3. Send by clicking the Blue Upward Arrow
Make a Call
1. Enter the number on the Dial Pad
2. Press the Green Phone Icon to begin the call
Send Email
1. Search and select contact(s) in the To field (cc & bcc are optional)
2. Add a Subject
3. Compose the email or select a Template
4. Send the email in the upper right-hand corner
Add Person
1. Add Contact Information > Save
Schedule Appointment
1. Add Appointment Details > Create
2. The appointment will automatically appear on the Calendar and on the Lead Profile (on the calendar tab)
Add Task
1. Add Task Details > Create
2. The task will automatically appear on the Calendar and on the Lead Profile (on the calendar tab)
