Reply from the Inbox

1. Navigate to the Inbox

2. Select the Email you would like to respond to 

3. Select the Reply Arrow in the upper right-hand corner

3. Write a Message or select an Email Template

4. Utilize Bold, Italics, and Underline (optional)

5. Review the message and Send

Start a New Email on the Lead Profile 

1. Navigate to the Lead Profile

2. Click the Email Icon 

2. Add CC/BC Recipients (optional) and a Subject 

3. Write a Message or select an Email Template

4. Utilize Bold, Italics, and Underline (optional) 

5. Review the message and Send
