There's so much you can do with automations, but here are some great automations to consider starting with. The best news? They already exist in your account. All you need to do is go to Admin > Automations and turn them on.
Lead Automations
♨️ Create more opportunities by re-engaging Stale Leads
- Turn on the Re-engage stale leads Automation
- Tag leads that have gone cold with the re-engage tag
- Create a smart list with tag = re-engage + last email activity was less than 7 days ago
- Review that smart list and Follow up via text/call for anyone who appears on that list
💻 Follow-up with your hottest leads (those very important people inquiring about multiple properties)
- Turn on the New Inquiry for an existing lead: Follow up for 1 week Automation
- Complete your tasks every day.
- That's it! We will trigger this automation when the time is right.
🏡 Turn your open house attendees into clients
- Turn on the Open House Follow Up Automation
- Edit the automation to add an action plan to follow up
- Add your open house attendees via import, manually one at a time or automatically if you use Spacio
- Tag each person with Open House Attendee
- That's it!
🔥 Convert your unconverted hot leads
- Setup the Follow Up Boss pixel and your specific website integration
- Turn on the Unconverted lead is active now. Call! Automation
- Complete your daily tasks (we will tell you who to call and when!)
📆 Automatically follow up with long-term buyers
- Turn on the Nurture Long Term Buyers Automation
- When you identify a lead's purchase timeframe is 3+ months out, change their stage to nurture
🏦 Send your hottest leads to your lender
- Turn on our Hot leads to lender Automation
- Make sure your lender is added as a Follow Up Boss user
- Turn on the Hot leads to lender Automation
- Assign your lender to the appropriate leads
- That's it!
🔄 Reassign a new lead that has not been communicated to in the first 12 hours
- Turn on our New Lead Reassign Automation
- Add a step in the action plan you have applied to a source on the lead flow page for the second day adding the tag New Lead Communication
- If the lead has not been called, emailed, or texted 1:1 by the assigned agent the lead will be Reassigned to a First To Claim group.
