We will now check to see if someone else on your team is also viewing or editing a lead in Follow Up Boss while you have it open and alert you with their avatar right on the page!

Does this sync with activity with the inbox conversation or mobile presence?

Not at this time, but this is something we are looking to add to tie into both Inbox conversation and Mobile iOS presence detection.

How does it work on Inbox Conversations and iOS?

If you have more than one active team member on an item in the inbox, you will see an indicator in the bottom left of the item in the conversation list and the team member's avatar across from the contact's name.
