Action Plans can be shared publicly in the Follow Up Boss Action Plan Library.  The library contains hundreds of action plans from various teams. Sharing action plans publicly is especially beneficial for users with multiple accounts or users serving multiple city/state areas.

Note: The action plan sharing function is only available for admin users. 

Sharing Action Plans 

1. Go to Admin > Action Plans 

2. Search for the desired action plan or click the corresponding Folder

3. Click Share on the right-hand side of the screen

4. Choose a Category > Save
