When you're in an account and need to create a follow up task, this can quickly be done on the contact's main screen. We've streamlined the process to quickly add follow up tasks so tasks can be added quickly and easily.
How to Add a Follow Up Task
You can quickly add Follow Up Tasks by clicking the Lightning Icon towards the top-right of the person's task box on their profile. The task will be assigned to the current user who is creating the task and there are predetermined times for the follow-up already available.
Note: These times cannot be edited.
More specific/detailed follow up tasks can be added by clicking the Plus icon at the top-right of the contact's task box on their profile.
Clicking the plus icon will display the Create task window, which allows you to input your task name, task type, task due date, and to who to assign the task.
