Ace AI is an AI-powered assistant that is deeply integrated to function as an intelligent layer directly within Follow Up Boss. It's designed to help real estate teams engage leads faster, maintain better contact organization, and ultimately close more deals, all from within the FUB interface. A key aspect is that Ace AI is embedded, meaning no Chrome extensions or separate logins are needed. Some of the main benefits include:

Follow Up Boss to Ace AI
Ace AI securely reads a comprehensive set of data from FUB to build its contextual understanding. This includes contact details (name, email, phone, stage, source, tags, custom fields), communication details (notes, calls, texts, emails), workflow items (tasks, appointments, action plans), deal information, and timeline events. Our Knowledge Base feature also learns from an account's FUB CRM structure, established workflows, and common communication patterns.
Ace AI to Follow Up Boss
- Creating new notes (e.g., summaries of AI conversations).
- Creating tasks and scheduling appointments.
- Editing person records (e.g., updating contact information, stage, source, custom fields, tags,
applying action plans). - Initiating email sends (via the user's connected email account, orchestrated by Ace AI).
- Automatically populate and update custom fields within FUB (with the Ace Intelligence Add-On).
API Integration
Note: An account admin must complete the API integration.
Follow Up Boss
1. Go to Admin > Integrations
2. Scroll down to Embedded Apps > Ace AI
3. Select Enable
4. Go to Admin > API
5. Create an API key for Ace AI (this will be used in step 6)
Ace AI
6. Go to SETUP > Paste the FUB API key generated above > Connect API Key
7. Follow the prompts to complete the Ace AI configurations (team branding, assistant settings, enable users, prompts). When asked to enable Ace in FUB, click I've Enabled Ace (completed in step 3).
