Instantly view a high-level recap of a lead’s history, eliminating the need to manually sift through past calls, texts, and notes.
Smart Messages
Receive AI-generated message suggestions tailored to each lead, helping to improve engagement and streamline communication.

How to Join the Open Beta
To join the Open Beta for Smart Summary and Smart Messages, the owner of the account can fill out this form. Your request will be reviewed and approved as we expand the beta. Our team will reach out to you when Smart Summary and Smart Messages have been enabled on your account.
Using Smart Summary & Smart Messages
Once enabled, you’ll see the Smart Summary directly on the lead profile above the timeline. The Smart Summary includes an Activity Summary which summarizes key details of a client’s journey, and Suggested Tasks based on the summary. Summaries are available for leads with activity in the last 90 days.
When composing personal emails or text messages, Smart Messages will suggest relevant, AI-powered responses to enhance your communication.

To generate a custom message, click + Custom.
Then add a custom prompt and select generate.
The custom message will automatically be added to the text box.
Smart Summary on the FUB App
To view the Smart Summary on the app, navigate to the lead profile and select Info > Smart Summary. Click on the Smart Summary section to view the lead's activity summary.
