To optimize your workflow the Inbox App syncs CallAction communication to the Follow Up Boss inbox. View text messages and phone calls right within FUB, with an auto-closing design, to help you achieve inbox zero.
How it Works
CallAction communication will appear within the Follow Up Boss Inbox for a seamless workflow. After responding to CallAction communication, it is automatically closed to help you achieve inbox zero. If the lead responds again, the communication will reappear in the inbox.
Text Messages
To expose the CallAction communication, go to Inbox > Filter > CallAction.
Phone Calls
CallAction calls will appear in the FUB inbox. To view these calls, go to Inbox > Filters > Calls.
How to Integrate
Step 1: Complete API Integration
Note: The API integration must be completed by the owner of the account.
1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API
2. Select Create API Key
3. Name the API Key CallAction > Create API Key
4. Press Copy
5. Log In to CallAction
6. Click Profile at the top right > Integrations
7. Select Follow Up Boss
8. Paste your Follow Up Boss API Key
9. If you are the only user, turn on Collect All
10. Save All Changes
11. Go to each of your Phone Numbers in CallAction
12. Click Manage > Call Settings
13. Scroll down to Follow Up Boss and turn ON (this can be done for each number individually)
14. Save All Changes
Step 2: Embed CallAction in Follow Up Boss
Assign text drip campaigns and send text messages directly within the Follow Up Boss CRM interface by activating the FUB embedded CallAction app.
1. Go to Admin > Integrations
2. Scroll down to Embedded Apps
3. Select CallAction
4. Click Enable
Done! Go to a lead profile or the inbox to see the app in the right-hand sidebar. Watch this webinar to see the embedded app in action!

Team Accounts
If you have a Team account, then each team member must log in to their own individual CallAction accounts and follow the steps above to integrate their individual Follow Up Boss API Key.
