Where can Reactions be used?
Reactions can be applied to all Notes and Call Notes on the Lead Profile.

Adding Reactions
1. Navigate to the Lead Profile
2. Place your cursor over the note or call note to expose Reactions
3. Click on Reactions (the smiling face with the + symbol)
4. Search or Select the perfect reaction
5. The reaction will be automatically added!
Note: One reaction can be selected at a time. The same reactions will be grouped together.
Removing Reactions
Reactions can be removed by the team member who applied them by clicking on the reaction.
FAQs
Do reactions update in real-time?
Yes! Two users looking at the same contact in separate sessions will see each others' reactions update automatically.
Can I use reactions in the inbox or on the app?
Not yet, these features are coming soon!
What if a note is added via an automation, action plan, or a third party?
Reactions are available for any timeline note or call note on the lead profile.
Am I notified of reactions?
Not at this time. Notifications are coming soon!
Can the lead see reactions on their profile?
Reactions are 100% internal and are designed to be used between team members.
How can I tell who added a reaction?
Hover your mouse over the reaction to view a pop-up with the team member's name and reaction.
