Now that you have integrated Mojo Sells with FUB, it's time to get up and running. Our team has compiled a list of best practices to guide you to success.

How do you want to use Mojo?
Are you calling people you already have in your system, or are you calling Mojo's leads and wanting to send them into FUB after you talk? Based on your answer to this question, continue to the desired setup.
1. Using Mojo to call leads already in your database
In the Mojo integration settings, choose which Stage(s) should sync.
Some teams make a "Calling in Mojo" stage
to make it very clear which leads will go to Mojo.
Note: The weakness of this is you lose/forget what Stage they were in before.
If you want to call your new leads and nurture leads in Mojo, we recommend you use the sync setup below.
In this scenario, everyone in the Lead stage and everyone in the Nurture stage will be in a "Segment" in Mojo to be called. Then the leads' stage can be updated in FUB to one of the synced stages: Hot, Nurture, or Trash.
can also be synced to Mojo (everyone in that smart list in FUB syncs to a Segment in Mojo), although there is a cap of 5,000 leads syncing per smart list.
2. Call MOJO leads and push contacted leads to FUB
If your team is buying leads from Mojo, or purchasing a list of numbers to load and call through Mojo, you will want to set the integration up as shown below so that contacted leads can be sent to FUB.
Set the sync so that leads you have connected with in Mojo are sent to FUB. This allows the team to continue following up and working with the lead in FUB.
In this scenario, after talking to a lead in Mojo, it is synced to the Hot or Nurture stage in FUB to continue working with the lead.
In Mojo, click on the Group (FUB stage in Mojo) that is set to sync the lead to FUB.
