This sequence of drips is designed to enhance the consumer's ability to feel in control of the communication so that they can open up and engage with you for the first time. After they've engaged, be sure to stop the campaign and find what their motivation is to purchase a home.

This drip campaign is designed to have the consumer engage with you. This is why we attempt to communicate through different channels. The drips are spread out over 20 days so the consumer doesn't feel bombarded at the beginning stages of looking for a home (aka: Top of Funnel)."
