Getting the Most out of Follow Up Boss (Agents)

We’re going to give you some tips for using Follow Up Boss to its fullest. This article is created for agents, but contains information that is beneficial for everyone in the account! If you’re an admin, click here to view your suggestions.

The most important thing is to never feel overwhelmed by the system. Yes, Follow Up Boss is a very powerful tool, but it’s meant to be simple and easy to use. 
Feel confident that you can and will master the system. Remember, these are suggestions; never feel pressure to implement absolutely everything, every day. Take it step by step and Follow Up Boss will be second nature in no time!

Attend a Training Webinar Early

Go Through All Getting Started Steps

When you’re added to the system, go ahead and knock out the getting started steps within your first three days. This includes connecting your email and downloading our mobile app.

Determining Who to Follow Up With

In this video we'll give you tips on how to best determine which leads you should follow up first.

Daily Recommendations 

To see the best results (and close the most leads!), we recommend:

  • Making Follow Up Boss a part of your daily routine. Agents who check their CRM at least twice a day see the most results.
  • Aiming to respond to all emails and texts in the inbox.
  • Targeting at least 3 - 5 older leads to call or text daily, based on the video above.
