Effective Agents is a free online tool used by leads to search for Realtors® in their area. A matching algorithm identifies agents in the lead’s area that are top-notch negotiators, providing leads with a list of agents to choose from. 

Agent Qualifications 

Effective Agents only works with the top 5% of Realtors®. To qualify to be an Effective Agent you will need to meet the following requirements.

  • An active member of the National Association of Realtors®
  • Overall transaction sides in your market and list-to-sale price ratios over the last 12 months are in the top 5%
  • All listings are meticulous, using professional quality photos and accurate property descriptions
  • Agent ADOM (Active/Agent Days On Market) for the past year is considered against the National Median for sold Homes, number of licensed years and success with the Effective Agent platform
