Summary

To send leads into your Follow Up Boss account from Craigslist listings.

Setup

  1. Find your Follow Up Boss lead processing email address in your Follow Up Boss account by navigating to Admin > API or clicking here: https://app.followupboss.com/2/api
  2. Log into your Craigslist account
  3. Click SettingsScreen_Shot_2019-06-25_at_2.11.02_PM.png
  4. Click Change next to your current email
  5. Enter your Follow Up Boss lead processing email address as your new Craigslist email
  6. Confirmation emails will be sent to your current email and your Follow Up Boss lead processing email (both contain a link and both links must be clicked to change your email)
    • When the message comes to your FUB lead processing email, we'll forward it to you automatically. Look for an email from forwarding@followupboss.com.

Once complete, any response to a Craigslist posting on your account will be sent in to Follow Up Boss and created as a lead.
