Summary: Setup the Union Street Media to Follow Up Boss integration and understand the capabilities of the integration.

The Union Street Media integration syncs your Union Street Media leads’ contact information, favorited properties, saved searches, and other website activity to Follow Up Boss. 

Integration Setup

1. Copy your Follow Up Boss API key from the My Settings screen

2. Send this API key and your Follow Up Boss  Login Email to your Union Street Media representative. They will then enabled the integration. If there are  existing leads in Union Street Media, they will synced with Follow Up Boss at this time.

Synced Information

Upon Lead Creation: When a lead is created in either system, the following information will be synced:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email (Primary and, if it exists, secondary)
  • Phone (Primary and, if it exists, secondary)
  • Address (Street, city, state, zip)
Lead Activity: When a lead generates activity in Union Street Media, the following information will be synced with Follow Up Boss:
  • Saved Searches (will display in Timeline)
  • Saved Properties (will display in Website Activity)
  • Viewed Properties (will display in Website Activity)
  • Viewed Pages (will display in Website Activity)

How do you incorporate Union Street Media lead assignments?

When a lead registers from a site that does not use Union Street Media Lead Routing, the lead will be sent to Follow Up Boss and be routed via Follow Up Boss  Lead Flow. If a site does use Union Street Media lead routing the lead will be routed in Union Street Media first and then sent to Follow Up Boss.
