How To Change Your Subscription Plan

Go To Admin > Billing > Click Change Plan

Click the plan you would like to move to and click Change Plan. A box will appear to have you confirm the change.

*Please note that if it does not allow you to downgrade your plan, it means you need to delete agents from your plan to meet the user limit for the new plan.

Switching To Annual/Monthly Billing.

You can switch from Annual to Monthly anytime by clicking the buttons in the top right hand corner of the Change Plan screen:
