Using smart lists for follow-up

Knowing when to follow-up with a lead can be hard, but here's a great system for follow-up using smart lists. The idea behind this process is to add tags based on the frequency with which you want to follow-up with your leads. These smart lists rely on adding the following tags: Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, 6 Months.

Typically you would add the daily tag to your new leads as you are trying to qualify them. After a certain timeframe, you would remove the daily tag and add another tag based on the frequency you'd like to continue following up with the lead. Here's help with  adding tags.
