This integration creates a one-way connection between Dotloop and Follow Up Boss using Realsynch’s Legacy platform and Zapier.

Every five minutes, Dotloop webhooks are sent to Realsynch and then pushed into Follow Up Boss. Deals are automatically created or updated in Follow Up Boss based on:

FAQ

Is this a two-way sync?

No. This is a one-way sync from Dotloop to Follow Up Boss. Data does not flow back into Dotloop.

How often does the sync run?

Webhooks are processed approximately every five minutes.

How are deals matched to contacts?

Matching is based on the lead’s email address in Dotloop. If a matching email exists in Follow Up Boss, the deal is associated with that contact.
