If you reach out to us by app message or email, please provide us with detailed information related to your problem or question as well as the following information so we can quickly review your inquiry:

  • Leads: For lead related issues, please send us the name of an example lead.  Without this, we cannot further investigate.
  • Integrations: If you have an issue related to an integration you set up, please provide your login info for the related account (Zillow, Mailchimp,, etc) 
  • Bugs/App/Web: If you think you've found a bug or are experiencing a problem with your mobile app or FUB on the web, please send us detailed information related to your device type and browser and any associated screenshots.  This will help us determine the cause of your issue.
  • Features/How it Works: We have a database of help articles and videos for you.  Don't forget to check here: - If you can't find the answer to your question in our knowledge base, send us a message and we'll get you an answer as quickly as possible.

If you reach out to us by phone and we are unable to answer at the time you called, please speak slowly and leave us your name, number and a message describing what you are calling about.  The more detail you provide in the message, the better!

Troubleshooting App/Web Issues:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  2. Try reinstalling the app
  3. Check and make sure you have a strong internet connection
